“I feel like I am losing you!” Those are the desperate words of someone who believes the love of their lives is slipping away. Things just don’t seem to be going very well. Furthermore, there have been those dreaded discussions. The words are still ringing, “I think we are moving too fast. I wonder if we need to date other people in order to see if what we have is solid.” Translation: “I want to break up!”

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live the life of privilege in ways you never have before? There have been times that I have experienced a taste of the life of luxury as it relates to golf. I was taken to a private, exclusive course where there was a man who took my clubs out of the car, cleaned them, and put them on the golf cart while I was warming up at the driving range with balls provided for free!

I think it is interesting to note that the Bible presents the grace of God both as something we pursue and as something that pursues us. The denominational world has really scarred the Bible’s view of the grace of God by its adoption of the Calvinistic view. In this view, the grace of God has all the responsibility to pursue us. We can do nothing until His grace moves on us to do something.
